13.1: UTA Community Center’s facilities rental rate is grouped in three categories – Full member, Non-full member and other individual or group

13.2: Members are those who had paid initial $200 as seed money to buy community center, making contributing towards monthly mortgage payment and paying UTA membership fee up to date.

13.3: Non-full member is one who did not pay seed money and not contribution for mortgage payment.

13.4: Third category is individual and other groups who rent UTA facility.
