Tashi Delek, As announced at the community members meeting on Sat. June 4th and previously by automated call, all out of town guests will need to bring either a letter from the Tibetan Association of their primary residence stating that the guest(s) is a Tibetan Association member or their current Green Book.
This is a requirement for all out of town guests, regardless of whether a UTA member has requested the tickets under their name.
This requirement is only for entry into the talk at the UTCC, no one will be checking for letters or GB at the U of U.
Please note, guests from out of town will not be denied entry for the UTCC talk if they do not have a letter confirming that they are a member of their local Tibetan Association or a Green Book.
Their entry will just be delayed if they do not being the information with them.
The West Coast Tibetan Associations were sent a letter with the same information, which is attached. Thank you, UTA Executive Members
